Darren brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and People & Culture, with a career spanning national and international roles across defence, manufacturing, wine, warehousing, optical, and wholesale industries. He’s partnered with diverse business functions—including Operations, Science and Engineering, Finance, IT, Agriculture, Winemaking, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Retail— offering practical, strategic support where it matters most.

What sets Darren apart is his rare blend of deep expertise in both Employee/Industrial Relations and Organisational Development. He’s honed this balance within some of Australia’s most respected ASX listed companies, including Fosters Group, Treasury Wine Estates, Origin Energy, and SOLA Optical.

Darren holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a Diploma in Marketing, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. He’s a seasoned facilitator known for his relaxed, down-to-earth style that helps participants feel at ease and fully engaged.
