Meet the team
Darren is our principal consultant. He has worked in the People and Culture function 20 years with extensive national experience in manufacturing, wine, warehousing, optical and wholesale industries. He has been a business partner to function such as Operations, Science and Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Agriculture, Winemaking, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Retail.
Darren has a rare balance of extensive Employee / Industrial Relations and Organisational Development experience gained while being part of large successful Australian companies. These companies include Fosters Group, Treasury Wine Estates and SOLA Optical.
Darren has a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, a Diploma in Marketing and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. He is an experienced workshop and training facilitator. He has a relaxed down to earth approach which allows participants to fully engage with his delivery style.
Darren is an accredited facilitator in the Belbin Team Styles and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and can run engaging team development workshops for your business.
